Clowance is accessible from all over the UK via the M5 and A30. Situated 12 miles from Penzance and approximately 5 miles from both the north and south coasts makes it easy to enjoy the many attractions that Cornwall has on offer.

Local beaches include Bassetts Cove, a small sandy beach and the beach of Portreath is set in a steep valley, mostly sand with some shingle. Home of a small harbour, once a busy port, now houses the occasional fishing boat.
